Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa

Facts: GS and BA are nationals of India and were last given leave to remain as Tier 1 Entrepreneur team members. They invested more than £50K in their company as required and also created two full time jobs for settled workers. Their accountant dealing with the accounts of the company was not registered with one of the approved accountancy regulatory bodies.

Advice: Advised them to engage an accountant who is registered with one of the approved accountancy regulatory bodies. Advised them on the list of documents, reviewed the documents that they provided, completed the Tier 1 Entrepreneur applications and prepared a detailed covering letter addressed to the home office explain how they fulfill the requirements of Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension application. The home office came to visit their business premises for verification and we advised them on the preparation of documents required by the home office during their visit.

Outcome: The Home office granted them leave to remain for further two years in 4 months’ time.
