UK Visa Premium service

Facts:

AD is a Pakistani national living in the UK. He had Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa which was valid till Dec. 2018. He completed his 10 years of legal and continuous residence in the UK. He did not have many documents to establish his legal and continuous residence in the UK. He sought advice regarding the UK visa premium service and enquired about the UK visa premium service fee and processing time.

Advice:

We advised the client on the UK visa premium service appointment process, UK visa premium service fee and the processing time of the SET LR application made at the UK visa premium service centre. We booked an appointment with the UK visas premium service team at UK visa premium service centre in Croydon for submission of his ILR application (form SET LR)on the basis of his long residence. Advised on substitute and suitable documents to establish his legal and continuous residence in the UK, reviewed the documents provided by the client against the liast of documents required for ILR application, Prepared a covering letter addressed to the home office explaining how the applicant fulfils all the requirements of Indefinite leave to remain application while referring to the documents provided with the applications.

Outcome:

The Home office granted indefinite leave to remain to the client after being satisfied that the client provided all the required documents for Indefinite leave to remain application and appropriate legal representations were made accordingly.

Further advice:

He would be eligible for British citizenship by naturalization after 12 months from the date of ILR and his child born in the UK is now entitled to be registered as British citizen straight away.
